Former GOP running mates Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan both tweeted Sunday that they’d met again – in the security line at Jacksonville International Airport.

ABCnews.go.com reported Sunday night that the former Republican presidential and vice presidential nominees reunited at JIA.

They all were reportedly on their way home from a private event organized by the conservative American Enterprise Institute over the weekend in Sea Island, Ga., ABC reported, citing CNN. Ryan is a Wisconsin congressman.

Ryan, with his wife, Janna, and children, Liza, Samuel and Charles, tweeted: “Guess who we ran into at airport today?” The tweet included a photo of the Ryan family with Romney.

Romney then tweeted: “Bumped into this nice young family at the airport.”

And Romney’s son, Matt, tweeted: “U guys would have been the best team!”
