The fourth consecutive day of what we call “spring” in Jacksonville brought people out of the Downtown buildings in droves Tuesday.

This is the first time in more than three months the temperature has been 70 degrees for four straight days.

The outdoor tables at restaurants at the Jacksonville Landing were packed with diners who watched dozens of joggers forego food for fitness during the noon hour.

The sidewalk tables along Laura and Hogan streets also were the seats of choice for many seeking an al fresco experience.

Here’s a look at some of the first touches of spring in the neighborhood.
