Mirtha Barzaga walked away with the most honors last month during Davidson Realty’s annual awards banquet at the St. Augustine Rod & Gun Club.
She was honored as Listing Agent of the Year, Sales Agent of the Year, and Closing Agent of the Year. She had $15 million in sales and more than $13 million closed.
Other agents who were recognized for exceptional sales and closings included Suzy Evans, Pauline and Woody Cake, Ted Tyndall, Beverly Morse, Jock and Leah Ochiltree, Ana Speziale, Ben English, Ron Savarese, Margherite Myers, Maxine Levy, Jennifer Todd, Lynn Whitley, Michelle Gonzalez and Loreal Greathouse.
Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson presented Rookie of the Year to Caitlyn Hawkins, Ben English, Debra Pappas and Amy Anderson. The President’s Award was given to agent Maxine Levy and marketing & social media vice president Peyton Davidson.
Davidson’s Property Management Awards went to Ann Kuss for most in-house rentals, Andrea Gallagher for most properties referred and Cindi Powel, Rookie of the Year.
Service Awards were presented to Cindy Vaughn (15 years), Ricky Horton (21 years), Sharon King (10 years), Woody Cake (10 years), Lynn Whitley (five years), Suzy Evans (five years), Jennifer Todd (five years), and Ana Speziale (five years).
