Jacksonville’s own southern rock pioneers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, brought their show to the Florida Theatre on Thursday for the first of a two-night stand.

On Thursday, the band performed their first album “Pronounced Leh-Nerd Skin-Nerd.” Friday night’s show will feature songs from the band’s second album, “Second Helping."

Both performances are being recorded for a television special and video.
