Skinner Bros. Realty will build a new retail center across from Nocatee’s existing Town Center shopping area — and it will have doughnuts.
The company in December bought 6.25 acres on the eastern side of Crosswater Parkway just across from the Town Center.
“When we purchased this property we heard the demand from the Nocatee residents for more retail activity,” Riley Skinner said in a news release. “But we have been overwhelmed by the amount of retailer interest we have received in the last four months.”
The first phase of Town Center East will be anchored by an 11,670-square-foot multitenant retail building.
A Dunkin’ Donuts, complete with a drive-thru, will occupy the northern-end cap space. Other tenants will include a Big Fish Yoga studio and a Coastal Wine Market, a full-service fine wine and craft beer retailer. A fourth tenant will be announced at a later date.
The remainder of Town Center East consists of three outparcels, two of which front Crosswater Parkway, the major thoroughfare that serves the Nocatee Town Center. Build-to-suit and ground leases are available.
A third 2.48-acre outparcel is designated for retail, office or medical use and has access off the signaled intersection of Nocatee Village Drive.
All parcels will have been cleared, graded and outfitted with utilities to the site.
