Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty honored its top real estate professionals during the company’s annual awards ceremony.
For the fifth straight year, the company achieved double-digit growth in closed sales. In 2014, the company had its busiest December in company history with more than $82 million in closed sales.
The 2014 winners are:
Top producer: Elizabeth Hudgins, Ponte Vedra Beach, with more than $38 million in closed sales
Top listing agent: Stefanie Bernstein, St. Augustine
Top sales and top transaction agent: Al Kekec, Beaches/Intracoastal West and Southside
Rookie of the year: Paula Fallon, St. Augustine, with more than $2 million in closed sales
The Ponte Vedra Beach office received the Chairman’s Cup, which recognizes over achievement of budget targets.
The Avondale/San Marco office swept the Top Company Office awards in numerous categories.
Jon Berthiaume
Jon Berthiaume has joined Generation Homes as a project manager with a concentration on the company’s remodeling division.
Berthiaume has 28 years of experience as a custom builder, remodeler and woodworking craftsman.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technologies and Building from Keene (UNH) State College in Keene, N.H., and went to work as an adjunct professor for a timber frame company. As a general contractor in Florida, he remodeled hotels, apartments, homes, kitchens and baths.
He currently leads most of the Generation Homes’ remodels, including a whole house remodel and master bath renovation.
Debby Craggs
Realtor Debby Craggs has joined Re/Max Unlimited’s St. Augustine office.
Craggs brings more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience. She has been listing and selling homes in St. Johns County since 2000.
Craggs is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Associate with a specialty in senior real estate services. She has worked with relocation professionals, trained in handling both listings and sales, successfully managed two real estate offices in St. Johns County and has won many industry awards.
Daniel Lewis
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Lifestyles Realty has welcomed Daniel Lewis to its Jacksonville Beach office.
A third-generation Realtor in Northeast Florida, Lewis brings 10 years of experience, has been awarded the five-star service award for more than five years and is one of the top realtors in Northeast Florida.
Lewis previously was a title company manager and mortgage broker.
Judith Sisler Johnston
Judith Sisler Johnston, president of Sisler Johnston Interior Design, joined the Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville Design Committee.
The committee meets monthly to design and review the housing products and floor plans HabiJax offers.
HabiJax designs its homes to ensure they are affordable to build and sell. Sisler Johnston reviews the floor plans to make sure interior spaces can accommodate furnishings and to ensure that electrical components are placed in convenient locations.
