According to a news release, subcommittees and the chairs are:

Curry said the subcommittee meetings will be at the Public Policy Institute at Jacksonville University.

Subcommittees will be tasked with analyzing and evaluating organizational structure and delivery of services and will be aligned with city  departments and other critical functions of government, according to the news release.  Ultimately, some staffing recommendations for appointed leaders will be presented to Curry and his new team.

“When we formed the Public Policy Institute, we envisioned creating a neutral gathering place where elected officials, civic leaders, and policy makers could convene for important work," said JU President Tim Cost. "... Hosting this mayoral transition process will enrich the valuable public discourse."
