One Spark officials said the festival's food village will be expanded from two blocks to four blocks and contain 32 food vendors and cuisine from local chefs.
The Food Village spans two blocks of Forsyth Street and two blocks of Laura Streets in Downtown for the credit April 7-12 festival. More than 30,000 customers were served at the 2014 festival.
Former One Spark creators Berry Good Farms on the Go, FreshJax and snapFOODS are back as food vendors at this year’s festival. This year, there were 88 applications submitted to One Spark by food vendors. Vendors were chosen based on production capacity, community involvement, amount of space needed and type of cuisine. Some of the food vendors will serve at One Spark After Dark during the festival. All the chosen food vendors and Food Village and After Dark hours are below.
