Reggie Brown wins re-election to District 10 race

Reggie Brown was re-elected to a second full term on the City Council, representing District 10.

With all 16 precincts reporting Tuesday night, Brown had 8,691 votes (66.81 percent), followed by challengers Celestine Mills with 2,450 (18.83 percent) and Joseph Willis at 1,868 (14.36 percent).

Brown has represented the district since 2008.

Brown and Mills are Democrats; Willis has no party affiliation.
