Exit Real Estate Gallery recently hired established agents Anita G. Hiles and Cole Slate to its team. Also, former Exit agents Brandon Mardenfeld and Jessica Santiago Jones have returned to the company.

They join a brokerage that has grown its agent base from 260 at the end of last year to about 360 agents now. The company operates offices in Orange Park, Avondale, Mandarin and the Beaches and this year additionally opened offices at Fleming Island and Deerwood and a relocation center at Jacksonville International Airport.

Hiles, formerly of Watson Realty Corp., is an accredited luxury home specialist who focuses on waterfront estates at the beaches. She began her real estate career in 2005 with First Team Real Estate in Irvine, Ca., after working 25 years for the Cypress, Ca., police department. She began working in Florida with Watson in 2011.

Slate, a new homes specialist, was formerly an operating partner for Yellowfin Realty, running the company’s St. Johns office. He began his career at Keller Williams Jacksonville Realty and in 2014 was named the Rookie of the Year by the Northeast Florida Builder Association’s Sales and Marketing Council. He went on to receive the same honor at the state level and became a finalist at the national level. Slate this year received SMC’s Realtor of the Year award at the regional and state levels.

Mardenfeld is a foreclosure and investment specialist, dealing in rehabs, flips and rentals, for Jacksonville and St. Johns County. He began his real estate career at Exit Real Estate Gallery in 2003 and returns following a stint with Future Home Realty Inc., a flat-fee brokerage.

Santiago worked more than 10 years in mortgage financing before becoming an agent with Exit Real Estate Gallery in 2011. Skilled in marketing and advertising design, she returns to Exit after working at Watson and Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty.

Terri Apodaca and Mary Reilly

Davidson Realty recently hired Terri Apodaca and Mary Reilly to join its team.

Apodaca spent years working in management and coaching in the banking industry before making the switch to real estate.

She began her real estate career by purchasing new construction in Virginia, and now as a Florida agent, she continues to follow her passion by helping clients through the real estate process.

Apodaca is certified as a military relocation professional and certified Nocatee agent.

Reilly earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Florida before starting a career as a marketing assistant, followed by positions in print sales and then media sales.

She shifted to the mortgage industry, working as a loan originator and then loan officer for an in-house lender. Reilly got her real estate license in 2005 and begin working with new home builders as a site agent.
