Deerfield Preserve model opens

D.R. Horton celebrated the opening of its new model in Deerfield Preserve in January.

About 40 Realtors attended the opening event, catered by Four Rivers Smokehouse.

The 1,798-square-foot Longwood model is a four-bedroom, two-bath home with a two-car garage. It is priced from $213,990.

Deerfield Preserve is a new D.R. Horton home community located off Florida 207 and close to Interstate 95 in St. Johns County. The community has no CDD fees.

Construction on a community amenity center is planned to begin in late spring.
