Ondish hired as project manager for LandSouth

Mark Ondish has been hired as a project manager for LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville-based general contractor specializing in in multifamily, senior housing and mixed use developments.

Ondish has 14 years of construction experience with an emphasis on managing multifamily developments, commercial build outs and hotel renovations. He most recently was an owner representative for LendLease renovating hotels in the Southeast. 

Ondish will work with clients and the LandSouth team from project initiation through completion, overseeing safety, construction planning and cost control procedures.

 A Florida certified contractor, Ondish has also worked in Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina. He holds a bachelor’s degree in earth science from Clarion University in Pennsylvania.

Ana Speziale

Speziale, a Realtor with Davidson Realty Inc., recently became certified as a Homes for Heroes Real Estate Agent Affiliate.

As an affiliate, Speziale gives 25 percent of her commissions to heroes she helps through real estate buying and selling. 

Heroes include active or retired firefighters, medical emergency and healthcare professionals, military, law enforcement and teachers. 

The Homes for Heroes program was launched after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorism attacks to show gratitude to heroes through rewards, rebates and discounts when buying, selling, renting or refinancing a home. 

David Christine

WG Pitts hired Christine as principal/vice president of architecture for the company. He previously worked at the firm as a project director from 2011-13.

He will lead the company’s strategic design priorities and implement processes to ensure consistent execution.

His duties will include staff and client management as well as direct project participation as a licensed architect and LEED accredited professional.

Christine earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture design from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

His 35-plus-year architectural career includes planning and managing projects for government, industrial, corporate and healthcare clients. He is experienced in new construction, additions and renovations of multiple phases in existing buildings.

Rick Harcrow

GreenPointe Communities LLC hired Harcrow as its regional president.

Based in Tampa, Harcrow leads GreenPointe’s real estate efforts with emphasis on community development operations and the creation of urban mixed-use projects.

He is a graduate of Mississippi State University.

Prior to joining GreenPointe Communities, he was senior vice president for Newland Real Estate Group, overseeing its Southeast Division. While there, he grew the division to more than 20,000 residential units and one million square feet of retail and mixed-use assets.

Harcrow has served as a board member of the Urban Land Institute, the Tampa Bay Builders Association and the Tampa Historic Preservation Commission and as a mayoral appointee to the Tampa Economic Development Committee and HomeAid.

Anita McNeill and Kristie Perkins

Davidson Realty Inc. recently welcomed McNeill and Perkins to its sales team.

McNeill has more than 20 years’ experience in multimedia marketing and advertising sales, specifically for the real estate industry. 

She began her career in marketing and advertising with the Fayetteville Observer in Fayetteville, N.C..

She relocated to Northeast Florida in 2003 and worked in real estate advertising sales for The Florida Times-Union.

McNeill recently made the transition to real estate sales, earning her agent license and certification as a Military Relocation Professional.

Perkins has eight years of experience as a marketing professional. 

Born and raised in Jacksonville, she earned a public relations degree from the University of North Florida and spent eight years working in marketing for companies like Dalton Agency and Cox Media Group.
