The Bluffs on Plummers Cove has three riverfront homesites for purchase and is offering a simplified time and money-saving process to build an elacora waterfront home in the Old Mandarin area.
There are limited available homesites available on the St. Johns River.
Typically, a riverfront-quality custom home takes two to three years to complete due to the multiple, and at times complex, sequence of steps required.
Once prospective buyers choose their lot, the process is just beginning.
They must hire an architect and engineer to design the home and begin the permitting process, then select a builder and contractor, and obtain bids.
Once a final price is determined, the buyer must secure construction financing and begin to make payments on the home site. If costs exceed the loan, the buyer must pay them out of pocket.
