There was a last-minute change Friday afternoon before the Florida Theatre’s annual gala, “Rock the Future.” At about 3 p.m., based on weather forecasts of wind and lightning in late afternoon and early evening, the party for more than 200 patrons of the historic venue was moved from outside under a tent along Forsyth Street to inside the theater and on the stage. “We basically set up the gala twice,” said Kathryn Wills, theater marketing director. “There’s no business like show business. It’s what you do.”
