Demolition crews Monday tear down the former Greyhound station at 10 N. Pearl St.
Greyhound moved to a new terminal at 1111 W. Forsyth St. near the Prime Osborn Convention Center in April.
Combined Industries was approved by the city in August to demolish the two-story, 18,000-square-foot Pearl Street building that was developed in 1956.
The bus station was bought by Miami-based real estate investor Ramon Llorens in December for $2.78 million under the name AK Pearl LLC.
