Building permit issued for Porsche service center and car wash in St. Johns County

Illinois-based Fields Auto Group can move forward with the $7.2 million projects in the World Commerce Center.

Plans are advancing for a Fields Auto Group Porsche service center, car wash and detailing facility in World Commerce Center in St. Johns County.

The service center is planned at 445 World Commerce Parkway, south of Buc-ee’s, Costco Wholesale and Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World near Interstate 95.

The car wash is planned east of the service center at 449 World Commerce Parkway. There also is a battery and tire disposal enclosure.
