The foreclosure auction of the Berkman II property at 500 E. Bay St. Downtown is again rescheduled, this time to 11 a.m. July 15.

The sale will be conducted by the Duval County Clerk of Courts electronically at duval.realforeclosure.com.

The auction scheduled June 17 was postponed because of a discrepancy with the public notice statutory requirements for the auction.
