The 320-unit Brookwood Club apartments in East Arlington sold May 24 for $54.211 million.

The properties are at 1382 and 1385 Brookwood Forest Blvd. 

TIO Highmark Gables Apartment Investors LP of Greenwich, Connecticut, sold the apartments through Brookwood Club Apartments Investors LLC.
