Provident Partners Real Estate is exploring development of a 66-acre site in Imeson Industrial Park for multiple warehouses totaling 700,000 square feet.

City utility JEA is reviewing a service availability request for the use submitted Nov. 8. No details are included to indicate the warehouse sizes.

The vacant industrial site is at the end of Cedar Bay Road east of Main Street.
