Baptist Medical Center is seeking a construction permit to build its proposed medical office building at 11851 Stillwood Pines Blvd. in Seven Pines.

The application follows the city’s issuance of a site-clearing permit Oct. 2 at a project cost of $3 million.

The building-permit application shows a job cost of $200,000 but that appears to be an estimate that will be adjusted.
