McDonald’s the latest project at northeast Beach and Kernan

The fast-food restaurant is in review next to the proposed Starbucks at the site next to Tamaya Market.

The 8.4-acre site at northeast Beach and Kernan boulevards is cleared and soon will be developed with Nutex Health, Starbucks Coffee Co. and now, McDonald’s.

BBKR Development Partners LLC, based in Atlanta, bought 8.42 acres in August 2022 from Tamaya Loan Acquisition LLC for $4.85 million. 

BBKR Development has been selling parts of it.
