  • The HUB Brooklyn, 400 Riverside Ave., contractor is RPC General Contractors Inc., 2,613 square feet, shell building, $480,000.
  • Morgan Stanley, 50 N. Laura St., No. 2000, contractor is Cork-Howard Construction Co., restroom renovation, $210,880.
