Chick-fil-A proposes Bartram restaurant

The more than 5,000-square-foot restaurant site crosses the Duval and St. Johns county line.


The Duval and St. Johns County line would run through the site planned for a Chick-fil-A at Northeast Race Track Road and Bartram Park Boulevard north of the Publix-anchored Bartram Market shopping center. It is south of the Montevilla at Bartram Lakes community.

Chick-fil-A proposes a restaurant at northeast Race Track Road and Bartram Park Boulevard in southern Duval and northern St. Johns counties.

The city of Jacksonville is reviewing civil engineering plans for the Atlanta-based company to build a 5,094-square-foot restaurant on 2.38 acres. The vacant property crosses the county line.

Chick-fil-A is planned at Northeast Race Track Road and Bartram Park Boulevard north of the Publix-anchored Bartram Market shopping center.
