Ashley Myers, a director at Bedell, wa selected as a fellow of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers.
The organization’s website, acftl.com, says membership is limited to 100 attorneys nationwide who have demonstrated exceptional skill and experience in family law trial work.
Membership is by invitation only and limited to those who have practiced family law as their principal area for at least 20 years and are already fellows of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Myers is one of only six attorneys in Florida selected and the only one in Northeast Florida, a news release from Bedell said.
She joined Bedell in May 2025 and focuses her practice on complex family law matters including dissolution of marriage, parenting and time-sharing, equitable distribution, alimony, child support and post-judgment enforcement. She is the current treasurer of the Florida chapter of the AAML and chair of the AAML Annual Institute.
Myers received a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1995 and has been board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in marital and family law since 2003.
