RadiFi Credit Union has announced the promotion of Daryn Gardner to Senior Vice President of Lending and Retail Operations, reinforcing the credit union’s commitment to strategic growth, member experience, and integrated service delivery – reflecting the credit union’s forward momentum as it enters its ninth decade of service in Northeast Florida.

Gardner’s promotion reflects RadiFi’s ongoing focus on aligning lending strategy with branch operations to better serve members across all channels. In his expanded role, he will oversee mortgage and consumer lending, business development, the Member Engagement Center (MEC) sales team, retail branch operations, and wealth solutions.

“Daryn’s leadership has been essential in elevating our lending services to support growth,” said John Servos, President and CEO of RadiFi Credit Union. “His member-driven approach and passion for innovation will be invaluable as we strengthen the integration of our branch network and lending service channels.”

Gardner brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in lending strategy, loan origination platforms, and team development. He joined RadiFi (formerly known as Jax Federal Credit Union) in 2015 as Director of Mortgage and Loan Origination, where he led key initiatives through 2021.

He then served as Director of Mortgage Operations at PenFed Credit Union, and in 2024, was appointed Vice President of Mortgage and Consumer Lending at RadiFi. His background also includes leadership roles at Digital Risk and Florida Credit Union.

In addition to his operational expertise, Gardner brings a strategic and forward-thinking approach – connecting lending with retail delivery to ensure consistency, efficiency, and responsiveness across the member experience.

He currently serves as President of the Florida Credit Union Real Estate Network (CUREN), where he helps shape statewide dialogue around credit union lending, real estate partnerships, and regulatory trends. His influence in that space underscores his ability to align institutional goals with community needs.

“RadiFi is growing, and we’re doing it with intention,” said Gardner. “I’m honored to help lead the integration of our lending and retail operations in a way that keeps members at the center of everything we do.”

As Jacksonville continues to grow and attract new residents and businesses, Gardner’s experience positions him to help RadiFi meet the evolving financial needs of its expanding membership. His work has consistently focused on implementing technology-driven lending solutions, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and scaling operations to enhance service delivery.

Gardner’s promotion marks a continued investment in leaders who not only understand the credit union’s strategic goals but also share its passion for creating meaningful impact – for members, employees, and the communities RadiFi serves.
