JetBlue plans to add four nonstop flights per week from Jacksonville to San Juan, Puerto Rico, the Jacksonville Aviation Authority said Dec. 3.
The JAA confirmed media reports that New York-based JetBlue would add the flights beginning in March 2026 as part of a plan to increase its average daily departures from Puerto Rico to more than 40. In a Facebook post, Jacksonville International Airport said the flights between San Juan and JIA would begin March 13.
According to investing.com, the year-round service will connect Philadelphia to San Juan with daily flights. Service will be offered four days per week to Jacksonville; Norfolk, Virginia; and Buffalo, New York. Flights to Richmond, Virginia, will operate three days per week.
JetBlue is promoting the new flights by offering introductory one-way fares starting at $99, investing.com reported.
The air carrier has operated in Puerto Rico since 2002. It employs nearly 800 crew members across the island.
