Jacksonville-based Hanania Automotive Group announced Dec. 8 it bought Flagler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Palm Coast from the Miller family.
The dealership, at 5925 E. Highway 100 in Palm Coast, has been renamed Hanania Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Palm Coast and is fully operational with access to Hanania’s network of new and pre-owned vehicles.
“This strategic acquisition marks another milestone in the rapid growth of the Hanania Automotive Group, further solidifying its presence in Northeast Florida,” said the release.
“The Miller family has served this area well, and we look forward to continuing that legacy of service while bringing our vast inventory and resources to local drivers,” said Hanania Automotive Group founder and CEO Jack Hanania in the release.
Hanania founded the automotive group in 1998.
He said the group has 19 locations in Florida, Pennsylvania and South Carolina and a collision center in Orange Park.
Hanania said Dec. 9 he had been interested in the Palm Coast property for years.
“It makes sense for us because it is our next market,” he said.
Hanania Automotive Group has the Hanania Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in St. Augustine in St. Johns County, which is north of Flagler County. It also owns Jack Hanania Buick GMC and Jack Hanania Chevrolet in St. Augustine.
“It’s a good play for us to continue our great service and reputation into Flagler County.”
Hanania said he could not disclose terms of the deal because of a nondisclosure agreement with the seller.
