Here are the top 10 commercial real estate sales in Northeast Florida, comprising Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. The sales were recorded Jan. 27-Feb. 2, 2025.

The Cosentino Group bought about 330 acres in Cecil Commerce Center from the city of Jacksonville on Jan. 22 for $20.39 million. The site is south of Interstate 10 and west of Florida 23, the First Coast Expressway. Spain-based Cosentino make sustainable countertops, flooring, facade materials and other surfaces for architecture and building design. It plans a $270 million production plant.
