The West Augustine Health and Wellness Center is permitted to build at 100 N. Brevard St. in St. Augustine at a project cost of $6 million.

St. Johns County issued a building permit for the center Jan. 9.

The West Augustine Health and Wellness Center is planned at North Brevard Street and West King Street.
