Ellianos adding coffee kiosk in Arlington

The drive-thru is in development at Regency Plaza along Atlantic Boulevard near Regency Square Mall.

Ellianos Coffee is building a drive-thru coffee kiosk in Regency Plaza in Arlington now that the city issued a permit Jan. 21 for the 800-square-foot project.

SimQ Development LLC of Lake City is the contractor for the $826,000 project on a 0.27-acre site at 9748 Atlantic Blvd.

Plans for the Ellianos Coffee drive-thru kiosk at 9748 Atlantic Blvd. in Regency Plaza in Arlington. It is east of The Sheik Sandwiches and Subs and west of Crafty Crab.
