Two new St. Johns Town Center tenants are building-out after the city issued permits Jan. 27 for the projects.

St. Johns Town Center is at northwest Interstate 295 and Butler Boulevard. Simon Property Group is the landlord.

Tesla’s former auto showroom is becoming an Omega watch store and Aroma360 is renovating space near Nordstrom.
