  • Summer Key Condominium Homeowners Association Inc., 8226 Green Parrot Road, contractor is I&E Construction Inc., siding replacement, $222,343.

Hotel, Motel, Dormitory

  • The Bolles School, 7400 San Jose Blvd., contractor is Mako Development Group LLC, 14,570 square feet, convert second-floor classroom and staff offices to dormitory rooms, parent apartments and student support areas, $4.2 million.
