The 90-unit Riverside Park Apartments sold July 18 for $10.4 million.

The nine-story, 83,016-square-foot senior living community is at 750 Oak St. between the Riverside Park United Methodist Church and the Fuller Warren Bridge.

The buyer is Riverside Park Apartments LLLP of Delray Beach. Riverside Park Methodist Apartments Inc. of Jacksonville is the seller.

The apartments were built in 1982 on 0.89 acre. The per-unit price, which is derived from dividing the sales price by the number of units, is $115,555.

Amenities include large common areas, an on-site laundry, a library, theater, computer center, planned resident activities and 24-hour maintenance, according to apartments.com.

In June, Riverside Park Apartments was issued a permit for a $3 million renovation.
