Burr & Forman added Jeffrey York as a partner and Christopher Hazelip Jr. and Noah Rust as associates in the law firm’s Jacksonville office. All three will be part of the commercial litigation practice group.
York focuses his practice on financial services, real estate, intellectual property, construction and project development and insurance.
He received his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and a bachelor’s from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Hazelip focuses on commercial and general civil litigation, representing banks, businesses and individuals in state and federal courts.
Hazelip received a bachelor’s from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
Rust represents clients in commercial litigation with a focus on business tort claims and contract disputes.
He received a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a bachelor’s from the University of Florida.
