Hotel near Jacksonville International Airport sold for $6.8 million

The Courtyard Jacksonville Airport Northeast hotel at 14668 Duval Road sold July 22 for $6.813 million.

It is about 2 miles east of Jacksonville International Airport adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Airport/I-95N hotel.

Hospitality Investors Trust Inc., of Fairfax, Virginia, sold it through HIT Portfolio I Owner LLC, formerly ARC Hospitality I Owner LLC.

Sapna Premji of Kissimmee bought the hotel through Northstar Hotels 3 LLC.

The three-story, 45,988-square-foot Marriott property was built on 2.97 acres in 1996.

It offers a pool, fire pit, fitness center, laundry facilities and free parking. It offers single and double rooms as well as suites.

The hotel last sold in 2015 for $6.24 million.
