In a back-to-back deal, a second hotel near Jacksonville International Airport changed hands.

Residence Inn at the Airport, 1310 Airport Road, sold July 22 for $8.30 million. The property is about 2 miles east of the airport, on the south side of Airport Road near Ranch Road.

Hospitality Investors Trust Inc., of Fairfax, Virginia, sold the Residence Inn through HIT Portfolio I Owner LLC, formerly ARC Hospitality I Owner LLC.

Sapna Premji of Kissimmee bought the hotel through Northstar Hotels 4 LLC.

Salim and Sapna Premji are the founders of Northstar Hotels Management. The company website shows a portfolio of four hotels, three in Augusta, Georgia, and one in West Palm Beach.

Also July 22, Premji bought the Courtyard Jacksonville Airport Northeast from Hospitality Investors Trust for $6.81 million. The Courtyard, at 14668 Duval Road, is about a half-mile southeast of the Residence Inn.

Both hotels are Marriott products.

The Residence Inn was built in 2000 on 2.9 acres.

Amenities include a pool, tennis courts, fitness center, laundry room and free guest parking. The hotel allows pets.

The hotel was renovated in 2006 and last sold for $6.05 million in 2015.
