Jacksonville-based commercial real estate firm NAI Hallmark announced July 29 that Shannon Carper has been promoted to vice president, property management.
NAI Hallmark said that since joining the company in 2022, Carper has overseen a diverse portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties across Northeast Florida.
“Shannon’s leadership style embodies our relationship-driven approach by listening to client needs, solving challenges with insight, and delivering results for our clients,” Keith Goldfaden, co-CEO of NAI Hallmark, said in a news release.
“Her promotion reflects the trust she has earned across our organization and with our partners as we continue to elevate our Property Management services.”
NAI Hallmark said Carper has more than a decade of commercial real estate experience including in property operations, asset oversight and client relationship management.
Before NAI Hallmark, Carper worked at Sleiman Enterprises, Dream Finders Homes and Student Housing Solutions, according to her LinkedIn page.
Carper has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Florida State University.
