St. Johns clerk opens annex in Julington Creek

The annex is at 725 Flora Branch Blvd. in the northern end of the county.

The St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office opened a new office at its Julington Creek Annex on June 4 to expand services in northern end of the county.

The annex is at 725 Flora Branch Blvd. It is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday by appointment only.

Available services include document recording; passport services, including passport photos; marriage licenses and ceremonies; and notary public services.

“We’re thrilled to offer these services closer to home for our Julington Creek residents,” Clerk Brandon J. Patty said in a news release.

“By offering appointment-only scheduling at this Annex location, we ensure that every customer receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve.”
