As RadiFi Credit Union continues to grow its presence across Northeast Florida, it has appointed Bridgett Loafman to Chief Administration Officer (CAO).
The move reflects RadiFi’s commitment to scaling with intention—strengthening internal infrastructure while broadening community access to member-first financial services.
Loafman’s promotion arrives at a pivotal moment in RadiFi’s expansion. In her new executive role, she will oversee human resources, organizational development, training and administrative operations.
These functions are essential to maintaining service quality and institutional agility as RadiFi adds physical branches and expands its digital capabilities.
“With Bridgett’s proven leadership and deep understanding of organizational development, RadiFi is well-positioned to expand access to personalized financial solutions,” said John Servos, President and CEO of RadiFi Credit Union. “Her passion for empowering teams and enhancing the employee experience directly contributes to our ability to serve our growing member base with excellence.”
Connecting Talent Strategy with Regional Growth
Loafman has spent more than 40 years building and leading teams in mission-driven organizations.
Before assuming her current role, she served as Chief Human Resource Officer at RadiFi, managing HR strategy for 135 employees and supporting more than 40,000 members.
Her efforts helped foster a resilient, people-centric culture that contributed to operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
In her new expanded role as CAO, she will now focus on scaling systems and structures that support RadiFi’s long-term goals — ensuring that as the organization grows, its operations remain aligned with its community-focused mission.
Loafman has held positions at Community Hospice & Palliative Care, Coastline Federal Credit Union and Payment Systems for Credit Unions (PSCU). She is also active in professional and nonprofit circles, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and the American Cancer Society (ACS).
“I am honored to continue serving RadiFi in this new capacity as we grow our reach and enhance the ways we support our members to live more vibrantly,” said Bridgett Loafman, Chief Administration Officer at Radifi Credit Union. “By investing in our people and our operations, we are building a stronger, more responsive organization that meets members where they are—both in our branches and digitally.”
Supporting Expansion in a Growing Region
RadiFi’s strategic growth mirrors Northeast Florida’s own economic and real estate development. As new residential communities and business corridors take shape, access to personalized financial services becomes a key driver of local prosperity.
RadiFi’s opening of its eighth branch on Glenn Kernan Parkway in December 2024—the first under the new brand since rebranding from JAX Federal Credit Union in 2023—symbolizes its renewed focus on innovation, accessibility and community connection as it celebrates its 90th year as one of Northeast Florida’s most trusted financial institutions.
With Loafman’s guidance on operational and talent development, RadiFi is reinforcing its foundation to meet increasing demand as a community-anchored organization to support growing neighborhoods and economic activity.
Building Infrastructure from the Inside Out
In today’s competitive landscape, financial institutions must evolve quickly—but without losing their core identity. RadiFi is doing so by enhancing both its external offerings and internal infrastructure.
Loafman’s new role ensures the credit union’s administrative systems, employee development pathways and operational frameworks are positioned to support a larger footprint.
Her appointment also reflects a shift in how forward-thinking organizations approach growth: not just through branch openings and tech investment, but through leadership that integrates culture, execution and strategy.
By prioritizing internal alignment, RadiFi is better equipped to deliver consistent service, manage change and scale without disruption.
A Model for Values-Based Growth
RadiFi’s continued transformation demonstrates how institutions can grow with purpose. Loafman’s promotion underscores the value of leadership that understands both people and process — someone who can bridge strategy with execution to deliver long-term results.
For business and real estate leaders, RadiFi presents a model of an organization evolving alongside the communities it serves.
Its member-first philosophy, coupled with smart infrastructure planning and experienced leadership, positions it as a valuable partner in Northeast Florida’s ongoing development.
