Peter Sleiman Development Group sells properties for $86.3 million

Six transactions result in several shopping centers being sold to an Ohio company.

The Peter Sleiman Development Group of Jacksonville sold 10 properties in Duval and St. Johns counties Feb. 27 in six transactions to Curbline Properties of Beachwood, Ohio, for a total of $86.3 million.

On its LinkedIn page, Curbline Properties describes itself as “ The premier shopping center REIT focused exclusively on Convenience real estate. With a portfolio strategically located at well-trafficked intersections in the wealthiest suburban communities.”

Curbline Properties and Peter Sleiman Development Group bought and sold the properties through multiple entities.
