ArchWell Health building-out fourth Duval clinic, adding Brentwood to its sites

The senior-care company has five locations coming soon, including one in Orange Park in Clay County.

ArchWell Health is building-out in Gateway Town Center in Brentwood, the fifth area location for the primary care provider for seniors.

Hoar Construction LLC of Orlando is the contractor for all four in Duval County. Earl Swensson Associates Inc. of Nashville, Tennessee, is the architect. 

The Nashville-based medical system focuses on senior care.
