Orlando-based Massey Services announced it acquired Orange Environmental Services.
Headquartered in Orange Park, Orange Environmental began servicing residential and commercial customers with pest control, termite and landscape services in 1972.
“We are pleased to welcome the Orange Environmental Services team members and customers to the Massey Services organization,” Tony Massey, president and CEO of Massey Services, said in a news release.
