Committee leaders pondering plan to allow Eastside neighborhood to expand on gains from stadium CBA

Leaders of a special committee of the Jacksonville City Council are discussing a proposal that would allow the Eastside neighborhood near EverBank Stadium to capitalize on increased tax revenue it stands to generate via the $40 million in funding it will receive from the city’s community benefits agreement with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
