Problem-solving courts CLE is May 15 at Duval County Courthouse

The Jacksonville Bar Association will present a CLE program noon to 1 p.m. May 15 at the Duval County Courthouse highlighting the work of Duval County’s Problem-Solving Courts.

Hear directly from judges presiding over Adult Drug Court, Mental Health Court, Veterans Treatment Court and the Mental Health Offender Program as they explore how ethical advocacy, procedural fairness and collaborative justice can lead to meaningful outcomes for justice-involved individuals.

The program is an opportunity to enhance understanding of professionalism and leadership in specialty courts and gain practical insights for criminal law practice.

Lunch will be available at 11:30 a.m. in the Lawyer’s Lounge on the second floor.

The program is approved for 1.0 general, 0.5 professionalism and 0.5 mental health and wellness CLE credits.
