A-B Distributors Inc. sold two Jacksonville warehouse properties Oct. 28 in a $28.2 million deal.
The buyer was Wasa Properties through AVICX PBS LLC. Wasa is a New York City-based real estate investment and operating firm. It also has a Florida office in Plantation.
Jacksonville-based A-B Distributors Inc. says it buys, leases and manages office and warehouse space in Northeast Florida.
In Phillips Commercial Park in South Jacksonville, A-B Distributors sold a 71,549-square-foot warehouse at 11210 Phillips Industrial Blvd. E. that was built in 1997.
A-B Distributors bought it in 1997 for $2.35 million.
In Baymeadows, A-B Distributors sold Commerce Center, a group of five flex buildings at 8535 Baymeadows Road about 0.5 miles west of Interstate 95.
The five structures total 140,816 square feet and have multiple tenants.
Four of the buildings were built in 1984 and one was constructed in 1997.
A-B Distributors bought those in 1996 for $5.5 million.
