Seasoned financial leader Erin Broderick, MBA, has been promoted to Vice President of Finance at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida, effective October 1, 2025.
In this expanded role, Erin will lead the Foundation’s finance team in support of the Foundation’s commitment to effective stewardship of more than $750 million in philanthropic assets across 750+ donor funds, serving a six-county Northeast Florida region.
Erin is responsible for accounting and compliance, reporting, cash management, and invested assets.
She will serve as a member of the executive team, reporting to Grace Sacerdote, Executive Vice President/CFO, with oversight and support of the Board of Trustees and its committees.

She is deeply committed to the Foundation and the community we serve,” said Grace Sacerdote. “President Isaiah Oliver and I welcome her invaluable talent and experience to our executive team.”
Erin joined The Community Foundation in 2015, bringing nearly 12 years of finance and investment experience at Wells Fargo.
Over the past 10 years, she played key roles in management of the Foundation’s complex finances as Senior Manager and Senior Director, Finance.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Economics from Jacksonville University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
She lives in the Deerwood area of Jacksonville with her husband, Tim Broderick, and their three children.
