Swisher announced Oct. 29 that it had appointed Josh Harrison to executive vice president of sales, about six months after being hired by the tobacco company in another executive role.

Harrison will oversee Swisher’s sales strategy and customer engagement initiatives.

He joined the 163-year-old company in April 2025 as vice president of national accounts, a position in which he was responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Swisher’s largest customers and industry partners.

“Josh has an outstanding record of delivering results and a relentless focus on the customer, qualities that will continue to propel Swisher’s growth and success,” said Neil Kiely, Swisher president and CEO, in an Oct. 29 media release.

Before Swisher, Harrison spent eight years at SC Johnson, where his roles included general manager of the company’s Canadian business and chief customer officer for the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

In the release, Harrison said he was honored to lead efforts to “expand the reach of new and existing brands and deliver exceptional value to our customers and partners."
