The developers of Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Jacksonville Airport at 15678 Max Leggett Parkway announced Sept. 2 the hotel is open.
The hotel is on a 2.09-acre site west of North Main Street near UF Health in front of the Jacksonville North VA Clinic and Domiciliary in North Jacksonville. It is about 4.5 miles east of Jacksonville International Airport.
The hotel is a partnership of TMGOC Ventures and Willow Street Capital.
It features 124 suites, each with a kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, stovetop and microwave.
There are dedicated workspaces, on-site laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi.
It is the 19th hotel for TMGOC.
“We see the airport submarket evolving rapidly, and our decision to bring a purpose-built Extended Stay America Premier Suites to this location reflects our long-term belief in its growth trajectory,” said Sunju Patel, co-founder and managing partner of TMGOC, in a news release.
The hotel is managed by Lexima Lodging.
The city issued a construction permit July 1, 2024, for Integrated Construction to build a four-story hotel and pool at a construction cost of $9.1 million.
TMGOC Ventures is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, and Boca Raton. It has additional offices in Aspen, Colorado, and Oakland, California.
Willow Street Capital is a real estate investment and development firm.
