Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, 1406 E. Bay St., contractor is Hal Jones Contractor-a division of Vecellio & Grogan Inc., Jacksonville Shipyards Marina demolition and new marina construction, $2 million.

Centurion Centre, 10375 Centurion Parkway N., contractor is Adams Interior Contractors Inc., 9,817 square feet, alteration, $114,177.
Hope at Hand Inc., 3886 Atlantic Blvd., contractor is Community Building & Restoration Inc., 832 square feet, room addition, $60,341.
