PCL Construction, one of the largest contracting organizations in North America, announces the promotion of Adam Butcher to Area Manager for North Florida.

In this role, Adam will lead operations and drive strategic growth across the region.

He will also oversee project execution, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued expansion of PCL’s presence in Florida, including the opening of a new office in North Florida to better serve the area’s growing market.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the area.

Previously, Adam led the Special Projects Division for PCL’s Florida Buildings Group, where he played a key role in delivering complex projects across multiple market sectors and in establishing trusted, long-term client relationships.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Central Florida.

Originally based in Orlando, Adam has been involved in a variety of organizations, including Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), and both the ABC and themed entertainment programs at the University of Central Florida.

Through his involvement with industry and academic organizations, Adam supports the development of future construction professionals. He is passionate about mentoring students and emerging talent, helping shape the next generation of leaders in the industry.

Now, as he steps into his new role in Jacksonville, Adam is committed to continuing these efforts by building strong local connections, supporting emerging talent, and driving growth within the region’s construction community.
